Brain Health is a presentation all about how to keep your brain healthy and strong — Dr. Holub will be discussing topics ranging from activities to keep your brain active and sharp to how sleep affects memory and the brain.
The research staff from Alzheimer\'s Research and Treatment Center at Neurological Associates of Albany will be administering FREE memory assessments beginning at 5:30 pm. Dr. Holub’s presentation will begin at 6:30 pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
